Getting Involved

If you would like to be involved in supporting the healing rooms there are three main ways you can support us:

Prayer - Jesus commanded us to heal the sick and set the captives free. He also told us that prayer was a critical part of our lives and vital in order to "tap into" the Kingdom of Heaven and all it's riches, which of course includes health and wholeness.

Becoming a team member - If your heart is to see the captives set free and believe that God's power heals today then you could be a potential team member for the Healing Rooms. We ask that all our team members are actively involved in their own local church and that their application is supported by a member of the church leadership/pastorate. You do not need any previous experience, we are not looking for professional "healers" as we will ask that all volunteers attend a training course prior to any involvement in the Healing Rooms. We have various roles that we will need support in, whether it is to meet and greet people, make a drink for waiting clients or involved in the hands on ministering, each activity is vitally important to make the Healing Rooms in Harrogate successful.

Financial support - We will never charge a visitor seeking prayer a fee. The Healing Rooms in Harrogate will always be free to its visiting clients. Unfortunately we will incur some costs in providing this facility. Whilst keeping the costs to an absolute minimum, we do need financial help.
