Harrogate Healing Rooms

The volunteers who make up the Healing Rooms team are all active members of various churches within the Harrogate area. We passionately believe that God's heart to heal the sick remains the same today as was demonstrated in biblical times. It is because of this view and our experiences of God's power in our own lives that we have committed time and resources to make the Healing Rooms in Harrogate a reality and available to all.

Through making the Healing Rooms available to members of the public, we want to create an environment that is comfortable for people from all walks of life, regardless of their belief system, whether faith based or not. By creating a non church environment, we are mindful that the Healing Rooms should not feel like a religious place, nor is it to be a clinical environment like a doctor's surgery. It is, however, a place where you can come, be warmly welcomed and experience God's loving and restoring touch.
